We want you and your little ones to love your Skip Hop gear, so we offer easy returns on all unworn and unwashed items within 90 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to the outside of your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in the original shipping box or any sturdy mailer and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
